जिला बस्तर के एलंगनार जंगल में DRG एवं माओवादियों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़

 दिनांक 30 जून, 2021 की रात्रि में जिला बस्तर के एलंगनार जंगल में DRG एवं माओवादियों के बीच हुई मुठभेड़।

 

सर्चिंग के दौरान 1 पुरूष माओवादी का शव, 1 नग 303 रायफल, 1 नग देशी 315 बोर कट्टा, 1 वायरलेस सेट एवं अन्य सामग्री बरामद की गई।

मुठभेड़ में मारे गये माओवादी की शिनाख्ती PLGA प्लाटून नं. 26 का डिप्टी कमाण्डर जोगा के रूप में हुई, जिसके ऊपर रू. 3 लाख का ईनाम घोषित था।

दिनांक 18 जून, 2021 को जिला बस्तर एवं सुकमा के सीमावर्ती ग्राम चांदामेटा में हुई मुठभेड़ में घायल माओवादियों को स्क्वाड करने वाली टीम के साथ हुई मुठभेड़।

छत्तीसगढ़ ( बस्तर-जगदलपुर ) ओम प्रकाश सिंह । वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक, जिला बस्तर दीपक झा ने बताया कि आसपास के क्षेत्र में लगातार DRG एवं CRPF बल के द्वारा सर्चिंग की जा रही है।

पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, बस्तर रेंज सुन्दरराज पी. द्वारा विगत दिनों बस्तर संभाग अंतर्गत माओवादियों के विरूद्ध चलाये गये प्रभावी अभियान के तहत् माह जून, 2021 में 7 माओवादियों के शव एवं AK 47 रायफल-1 नग, SLR रायफल-1 नग, 303 बोर रायफल-3 नग, देशी 315 बोर कट्टा -3 नग व अन्य बन्दूक-7 नग बरामद किये गये हैं।

On 30th of June evening, based on a specific intelligence input with regard to movement of Maoist cadres of Katekalyan and Kanger Ghatti area committee in Elangnar area (PS Darbha, District Bastar) a joint search operation was launched by Bastar DRG and CRPF troops.

At around 2030 hrs in  the night there was an exchange of fire between DRG team and Maosit cadres. The encounter lasted for around 45 minutes.  Later during search operation one male Maosit dead body, one .303 rifle,  one pistol,  one wireless set and  lot other daily use items and Maoists literature was seized from the spot.

The deceased Maoist cadre was identified as Joga, Deputy Commander of PLGA Platoon No 26 of Katekalyan Area Committee.

Preliminary enquiry indicates that a group of Maosit cadres led by PLGA Platoon No 26 Deputy Comamnder was escorting couple of  senior Moaist  cadres, who were injured in Chandemata encounter on 18th of June 2021.

It is worth mentioning that on 18th of June 2021,  one uniformed female naxal cadre along with AK 47  rifle, two  pistols, one 12 bore, one country made weapon and huge amount of camping materials  recovered after an Exchange of Fire between Bastar DRG and Maoist in Chandemeta hills.

Shri Deepak Jha,  Senior Superintendent of Police, Bastar District  stated that searching is still being carried out  in the nearby areas by DRG Bastar,   80 Bn  and 227 Bn of CRPF.

According to Sundarraj P, Inspector General of Police Bastar Range, in the month of June 2021 security forces had conducted specific intelligence based operations and recovered dead bodies of 07 senior Maoist cadres, one AK 47 rifle, One SLR rifle, three .303 rifle, three pistols and 07 other weapons. Intensive operations would continue in the forthcoming monsoon season also.
