Bastar police arrested the gang who cheated at the inter-state level from Rohtas in Bihar.

(2) The accused had cheated the petitioner social worker Bela Bhatia of Rs 49011/-.
(3) Both the accused in the case are natives of Bihar who were arrested and brought.
(4) Cash Rs 49011/- 2 nos mobile, 1 nos Aadhar card, and 1 nos pan card and other necessary documents were recovered from the possession of the accused.

(2) Vijay Kumar Father Late. Awadh Bihari Singh age 40 years resident of Pandeypur police station Indrapuri district Rohtash Bihar.

It is to be known that the petitioner of the case, Bela Bhatia resident Dharampura, was sent KYC through mobile by unknown accused. In the name of updating, a report was filed regarding fraud of Rs 49011/- on which the police station Kotwali Jagdalpur under section 420 Bhadvi. The offense of 66 A 66 DIT Act was registered and taken up for investigation.
For the arrest of the accused in the case, under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Jitendra Singh Meena and Additional Superintendent of Police Om Prakash Sharma, and under the supervision of City Superintendent of Police Kiran Chavan and under the leadership of police station in-charge Kotwali Eman Sahu, the action Hemu team was constituted.

In the case of accepting the fraud of Rs 49011/- by cheating in the name of updating, both the accused are being arrested and sent on judicial remand taking advance action.
