Geedam's 4 students selected for CG state level INSPIRE Award MANAK project competition

Chhattisgarh(Geedam/Dantewada)Om Prakash Singh. Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Innovation Foundation - India (NIF) provide the golden opportunity for the students to exhibit and project competition under INSPIRE Award MANAK scheme at district, state and national levels. A total of 72 prototype ideas were selected from Dantewada district for the year 2020-21. Due to the effect of COVID19 pandemic, District Level Exhibition and Project Competition (DLEPC) waa organized through online platform recently. In which 4 students from Geedam block of Dantewada district have been selected for Chhattisgarh State Level Exhibition and Project Competition (SLEPC). 



Coconut Dehusking & Peeling Machine by Sagar Bhaskar, Integrated Soil Testing Fertilizing Watering Machine by Amit Nag, Replacement of Non Biodegradable Products by using of Waste Textiles & PPE Kits by Nagendra Patnaik under the leadership by Amujuri Biswanath, Project Head & Teacher of Aastha Vidya Mandir English Medium School, Education City Jawanga and The Modified Wheel Chair project by Bhumika Bhandari led by Praveen Chandrakar, teacher of Eklavya Adarsh Avasiya Kanya Shiksha Vidyalaya were implemented for presentation. Those four students of Geedam block will participate in INSPIRE Award MANAK Chhattisgarh State Level Exhibition and Project Competition from 17 to 19 January 2022 through online platform. On this achievement, Block Education Officer Sheikh Rafiq and Assistant Block Education Officer Bhavani Punem honored the students and teachers by presenting them with flowers at the BEO Office, Geedam and said that do better work for great achievement at state and national levels to bring good name of Dantewada district. Dantewada District Education Officer Rajesh Karma, District Mission Coordinator Shyamlal Sori, National Innovation Foundation Senior Innovation Officer Dr. Vivek Kumar, Associate Researcher Rahul Prakash, INSPIRE Award District Nodal Officer Devendra Soni, Geedam Block Resource Coordinator Anil Sharma, Aastha Vidya Mandir Jawanga Principal Santosh Pradhan, Project Head Teacher Amujuri Biswanath, Project Associate Ishwari Prasad Nayak, Eklavya Adarsh Kanya Shiksha Vidyalaya Principal DR Rawate, Project Incharge Praveen Chandrakar, Project Associate Atul Singh, Rakesh Sahu, Sankul Coordinators Deepak Shastri, Nitin Vishwakarma, Yogesh Soni, Jitendra Chauhan, Gyanendra Chaturvedi, Dhanendra Soni congratulated the students for the bright future.
