14 innovations selected for INSPIRE Awards MANAK SLEPC during DLEPC at Dantewada



Glimpses of innovative models 8 from Dantewada district, 3 from Sukma, 2 from Narayanpur and 1 from Bijapur.

INSPIRE Awards MANAK District Level Exhibition and Project Competition (DLEPC) for the year 2021-22 was organised by School Education Department, Dantewada under the joint auspices of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Innovation Foundation at Astha Vidya Mandir English Medium School located in Education City Jawanga, Geedam during 28 and 29 November 2022. A total of 14 innovation models were selected from district level competition to INSPIRE Awards MANAK State Level Exhibition and Project Competition (SLEPC). Innovative models 8 from Dantewada district, 3 from Sukma, 2 from Narayanpur and 1 from Bijapur were selected. 



A glimpse of the innovation model was visible from various schools from all the four districts. The objective of the INSPIRE Awards MANAK scheme of the Government of India is to advance the creative and innovative thinking of the students at the national level by obtaining original innovation ideas for science and social utility. In the programme, Dantewada Upper Collector Dr. Sanjay Kannauj, District Education Officer Pramod Thakur, District Mission Coordinator Shyamlal Sori, former Jawanga Sarpanch Bomda Ram Kowasi, Assistant Director Ahilya Thakur said in the exhibition and project competition that the new inventions of child scientists have contributed to human and social welfare and will be used for welfare. 



Representative of National Innovation Foundation India Engineer Swaraj Parida, INSPIRE Awards MANAK District Nodal Officer Devendra Soni supervised the program and played an important role in organizing DLEPC. Vaibhav Pratap Singh of NMDC DAV Polytechnic Jawanga, Hrishikesh Thakur of ITI Bhansi and APC Neha Nath judged the models by fair selection. Project Subject Experts Amujuri Biswanath, Hemlata Sahu, T. Vijayalakshmi, Neetu Pardhi, Mahendra Mandavi and Ravikant Uike in the District Level Exhibition and Project Competition gave technical & scientific executive and suggestions in various children's models of the four districts and helped to present well in exhibition at the state level. 



The winners of the competition were honored by the guests and officers by giving them meritorious certificates. Program managed by anchor Madhu Uike in smoothly. In this program, APC Rajendra Pandey, Kesav Singh, Astha Vidya Mandir Principal Gopal Pandey, All Block Education Officers, All Assistant Block Education Officers, All Block Resource Coordinators, All Cluster Coordinators, Superintendent Ravi Prakash Thakur, Superintendent Sushma Das, Accountant Manish Sahu, Office Incharge Manish Karma, project teachers and children were present.
