Commissioner, IG and DIG inaugurate Firing Range, Parade Salute Stage and Police Officer's Mess in Narayanpur

Shyam Dhawade, Commissioner, Bastar Division, Sundarraj P. Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range and Balaji Rao, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Kanker visited District Narayanpur.
During this, IG Bastar and DIG Kanker formally inaugurated the Hi-Tech Firing Range at New Police Line, Telsi-Narayanpur. Thousands of soldiers of District Police, Central Armed Forces and Chhattisgarh Armed Forces deployed in the security of district Narayanpur, will be able to conduct firing practice throughout the year.
After inaugurating the firing range in Telsi, IG Sundarraj P reached Protection Centre, where he paid floral tributes to the martyrs in the Martyr's Memorial premises and then inaugurated the newly built parade saluting platform at Protection Centre.
IG Sundarraj P., DIG Balaji Rao and SP Sadanand Kumar reached 16th Battalion Chhattisgarh Armed Forces, Chiprel-Narayanpur after the inauguration of the salute stage. Where they met the trainee soldiers of Bastar Fighters appointed for the peace, security and progress of Bastar.
Knowing the well-being of the soldiers, the IG guided them to be ready for the challenges of the future and inspired them to restore peace in Bastar and contribute in the all-round development of Bastar. Along with this, he praised the training team of 16th Bn CAF, Narayanpur for providing better training to the soldiers.
After meeting with Bastar Fighters, Shyam Dhawade, Commissioner, Bastar Division, Sunderraj P. Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range and Balaji Rao, DIG, Kanker Range reached Police Officer's Mess, Sulenga-Narayanpur where Shyam Dhawade, Commissioner, Bastar Division inaugurated the renovated Police Officer's Mess.
After the inauguration, Shyam Dhawade, Commissioner, Bastar Division and Sundarraj P., Inspector General of Police, Bastar Range took a meeting of senior officers of Narayanpur district, senior police officers and senior officers of the Central Armed Forces and discussed the security and development of Narayanpur district.
During this Rituraj Raghuvanshi (Collector, Narayanpur) Sadanand Kumar (Superintendent of Police, Narayanpur), Devesh Dhruv (CEO, District Panchayat), Pushkar Sharma (Additional Superintendent of Police, Naxal Ops, Narayanpur) and Hemsagar Sidar (Additional Superintendent of Police, Narayanpur) Gazetted police officers and ITBP officers posted in the district were present.
